Hi Friedhelm I am completely lost on the site to get the downloads. I actually joined soem time ago (possibly 2 years) and I thought at the time set up a recurring payment via PayPal. The site shows that I have no credit balance and no invoices due, but if you follow the instructions; You don't see what you are told to expect I have tried adding funds to see what happened, but it won't let me do this without placing an order for something. But I get no clues as to how to activate the downloads. The impenetrability of this site is the only reason I am not the proud owner of the Android sync program. I buy stuff online most days. All I want to do is to access the downloads, and I have to say I find the Ecco forum the nmost pro-active around served by one of the least user friendly sites. Can I get some help please?
