We created our new online portal *CreativeServices 
<http://creativeservices.us>* in 2010 following requests of many of our 
users which had problems with our old system established 2002. I could 
not find any membership data from two years ago in your name but I found 
an invoice for MyPhoneExplorer from last summer which was never paid. 
The EccoPro Member Download area is a separate download area. Once you 
paid your invoice just login to your Client Area at *CreativeServices 
<http://creativeservices.us>*.us and click on the menu item *My 
Services*. You will see below *Products & Services  -> Downloads - 
EccoPro Membership* and if you check that line item to the right, close 
to your name, you find a small *View Details* icon. Click *View Details* 
and you will find all EccoPro related Downloads if you scroll down!
