After joining the EccoPro Support group, receiving a number of helpful emails and following most of the advice given, I tried the route of archiving the Ecco file I use constantly (after first backing up or copying multiple copies!). This seemed to work as all appointments prior to 1 Jan 2012 disappeared and when I hovered over the Appointments folder the last line read Item count / Max 3251 / 3246 . You may remember that this previously read in the region of 16000 but after deleting quite a few appointments it came down to 14369 / 14364 . With great relief and even some excitement, I tried entering a new appointment for next week ... and the dreaded 'Unable to complete command, low memory condition detected' message appeared! I've tried opening a completely new (and therefore empty) file and can enter appointments in this. I suppose I could now start afresh but I'm having difficulty exporting/importing my phone book as I made a few new fields in my old one and this seems to have muddled everything up. In any case the names have appeared with out any of my important subitem notes. Any advice much appreciated, as usual. Verity Picken
