Note: The Compusol installer installs a pre-installed version of ecco that is LACKING FILES from the original installer.

First, it is again to mention here the author and moderator of the [email protected] mailto:[email protected] YSWT ([email protected] mailto:[email protected]) does not forward replies and “free” support contributions to members of his Yahoo Group from CompuSol in regard to the above subject matter.

 For Example:

I would like to know the exact error code: Was it an "Unable to complete command, low memory condition detected" or just an "Unable to complete command".

There is a distinct difference. The addition of the "low memory condition detected" is a sign the user has reached one of the typical Ecco memory limits (see the original limits at http://www.compusol.org/ecco/memlimits.html http://www.compusol.org/ecco/memlimits.html)

More recently some users experience an "Unable to complete command" which is permission related to running the Ecco Extension and it depends on which Virus Protection Software is in use including Windows Security Updates. Some users were able to set back to a prior date by uninstalling some Windows updates, some were able to recover by just running the original EccoPro without the Ecco Extension and setting the "ecco32.exe" to start in Windows XP Service Pack 3 Compatibility mode.

The Yahoo Group Member with the above problem, Jim Conway downloaded an older “pre-historic” EccoPro Installer when he registered an annual support membership on 04/28/2010 . He failed to renew the support membership since his download date in 2010. We don't charge for any software, we only charge for support which includes free access to our download area. Support members can cancel the membership at any time. His installation had no problems for over four years.

Several development teams here and in Europe improved our Installers and we can assure our EccoPro Support members NOTHING IS MISSING, NOTHING IS LACKING and all Templates are CO RR UPTION FREE .

Right now we are working on the EccoPro to Android synchronization software update, MyPhoneExplorer version 1.8.6. On the side, we counted sixty six (66) support ticket replies for August 2014, six (6) LogMeIn remote support sessions in addition to many phone support calls. Our Knowledgebase lists 5203 views for the document “EccoPro in a Win 7 64-bit environment”, 2264 views for “EccoProX Installation Instructions” and 1624 views for “Scroll Wheel Mouse” to count just the top three.
