How to change text for one recurring appointment?

After a long period of not using the Ecco Calendar (low memory problem), 
I'm just re-learning what I used to know well!

One of the things that used to annoy me was that the text of *one* 
recurring Appointment cannot be changed without also changing all the 
other recurrences.  Has any workaround been developed for that?  I 
hesitate to say this, but my wife has just pointed out that it can be 
done in Outlook, which gives you the option of a change being made for 
all recurrences or for this one only.
