Because to prevent possibly conflicts with other program syncs
used by MPE like MS Outlook which has no so called "Subitems", the
changes to display TLIs with Subitems are only for MPE Notes and
not for Phone Contacts, please see the field mapping at http://eccopro.com/Downloads/FieldMapping.pdf

There is a workaround to bring Subitems of Contacts over to MPE
Notes on your Android. Just add the "Action" column to your Ecco
phonebook as explained at http://creativeservices.us/MPENotes.html
