Yes Joe, Slang's Ecco Extension is part
of the EccoProX download. There is also a free download link at http://eccopro.com/ecco-extension/ .

You will see a smaller EccoPro icon in your lower taskbar once you
start EccoPro by clicking your desktop icon. Right-Click the lower
taskbar icon and click "About Ecco Extension..." to discover the
actual version number and many new program options. Additionally,
the Control Panel under "Programs and Features" will give you the
Publisher, the Installation Date and the Version Number. To learn
more about the improvements over the standard EccoPro 4.01 open
the Change Log "eccoprox.eco" in your Program Directory.
