Bhushan, are you running anti-virus software? If so, new definitions came out recently and I suddenly had to run an earlier version of EE b/c eccoext4.6.7.7 was getting blocked. Also are you are double clicking directly on eccoext.exe? If not, try that and what happens? If you still get the message and eccoext.exe does not disappear in the process - as in "been quarantined by anti-virus software" - then it sounds like Roxio did something to the registry &/or firewall to cause a block to a call that eccoext is making in the WIndows OS.. Next step I think then would be to uninstall - or better yet - rollback your machine (if you can) and see what happens. I'm curious, so if you don't mind, please post what you've learned. Thanks, Mark
