Win10? Forget it. Buy an old, used laptop -- or build a desktop with old, used parts that are still available -- and install Win98SE, WinXP or WinVista 32. Dedicate the platform to EccoPro and keep it off the web.
It should work without too many problems; maybe. If I get bored I might experiment.
Orphaned legacy applications should probably run on legacy platforms unless someone wants to recode them in Linux .... .
Just my ignorant opinion.
