Seems that you have scrolled mouse wheel while holding Ctrl key (or press +/- with Ctrl), that zooms the view.
Probably it can be changed or disabled in eccoext.ini

Subject: [eccopro] Guide to Ecco Extension?
I'd like to echo a note I saw a few days ago, inquiring whether there exists any systematic summary of the changes / new features in Ecco Extension.
I installed Extension while switching to Windows 10. It runs just fine, but I don't know how to make use of the enhancements it offers, and on one occasion it delivered a rather unpleasant surprise.
I was working in an Ecco file, minding my own business, when suddenly the font size changed, without my having consciously done anything to make it do so. When I went to adjust this with the Character command, in the dialog box I saw two unfamiliar settings: Zoom and Outline, which did not seem to be adjustable by me. As I continued to fiddle with it, the Zoom setting changed, again without my having done anything to cause that, as far as I could tell.
I would like to avoid having things go out of control again, and learn to use the enhancements. As a side note, I don't suppose these include what I would regard as an absolute killer enhancement: the capability to create macro commands.
Thanks,
Frank Nettleton
