Does anyone know what is going on? I am getting error messages using Ecco w/EE on 'Find'. It happens on non-sync'd copies of the same file on XP and Win 7 installs but with slightly different wording. On Win 7 it says "Application Error - Please exit & restart Ecco". On XP it says "Unable to complete command". The error does not happen on straight Ecco, only w/ EE. Specifically, "Find" is set to "Entire File" with "Item Text & column values" selected. No error with "Current View" or with "Item Text" only. I ran Slang and Ecco error correction... No joy. Next I deleted all data from the file so only folders exist and still get the error. Running EE Memory Usage: Zone Count Alloc Frag Mpt 0-rt 557 267748 5958 2408 1-misc 746 670588 5880 18016 2-vou 883 26754 120 34428 3-fld 493 80750 0 1976 4-item 24 10132 0 16516 5-ptb 0 0 0 4 6-view 21 6856 0 88 TOTAL 2167 795080 6000 71028 This is just tad scary. After messing with the PIM's of the early 90's, Ecco was love at first sight and we've done alot of work together. Am I hitting some kind of folder limit? Thinking about it .... It is possible the messed up file is a great-grandchild of a file originally created 20 years ago. I read something about pointer issues in really old files. Could that have something to do with it? I can email the stripped file. It's a whopping 855kb. Any help is appreciated. Thanks, Mark
