ECCO 4.01 and Windows 10

Have ECCO 4.01 32 bit which has not been used for several .... thinking about reactivating .... will it run on Windows 10 as is or are there upgrades which will need to be made?

Is this Yahoo Group the only source still available for info about ECCO?
