Slang/EE version questions

Hey all;  Has this info already been published or will this be a good summary to add to the collective?

1) Is there a master list of valid  *.ini commands for 4.6.7.7 or is this what I'm creating right now by looking at a bunch of *.ini & eccoext.eco files from different versions?

2) When Slang updated EE, were *.ini commands cumulative or did the newer supersede the older?   Comparing older to newest *.ini's - either some commands were dropped or were they not added but still valid and considered "0" unless otherwise specified?.  

3)  How about similar commands?  Are these cases of Slang tweaking his own EE syntax and the newer superseding the older or are these distinctly separate commands?  

For EX: v 4.5(ish) says
LoadLastActiveFiles=x

whereas 4.6.7.7. says 
OpenLastFile=x
 

 4) What happens if the same command is issued twice in an *.ini and one command is set to 0 and one to 1.  Which gets precedence?  Higher or Lower value?    Earlier or later in list?  Reading from Top down or Bottom when defining "earlier/later" relationship?
