Can't connect to Exchange mail in Windows 10

I have successfully installed ECCO on my new Surface Pro4, but cannot connect to Exchange Mail to share network workgroups. I get the error that ECCO has been configured to interact with mail, but is unable to find the files provided by your mail vendor.

I have connected successfully previously with my Surface Pro 3 running windows 8.1 about 18 months ago; still works. I seem to recall that I had to make some folder(s) have less restrictive permissions, but didn't document which ones and appear to have reverted the permissions on them. I think that it may have been either the Program Files (x86) or the Windows folder(s). I don't want to aimlessly adjust permissions and hope someone can point me in the right direction. I am using a user that is an administrator on AD on the Surface Pro 4, same user and setup as on the Surface Pro 3.

I am running Office 2013 32 bit and Windows 10 Pro. I installed ECCO by copying all files into C:\Program Files (x86)\ECCO and ran the registry update to correct the pointers. ECCO runs just fine with my local files, I just can't connect to the network workgroup shared folder because I can't get the mail connection working.

Sure would appreciate help. When I get it working this time, I will be sure to document what I did for future reference.
