Thanks for those good responses. I think the ability to have a range of pages (73-78 or even 78ff) gives the edge to having a text-based Page folder. And in fact when I looked at how I used Ecco for my last book, a number of years ago, that was what I did. I just couldn't recall why.  

 It's amazing to be able to get knowledgeable help like this almost instantly after all these years. I'm grateful indeed!
