Let's see... in terms of "off menu" C+ items there's C++ and C+- for zooming/dezooming a notepad.  I know there are others just can't think of them atm.

A lot of the C+ combos are occupied by Ecco/EE stuff like C+F for the Find Dialog and C+F3 for Quick Search.  But you can change these and add new ones of your own in the EccoExt shortcut assignment options.

I think the more interesting ones are the ones that can't be invoked from a menu, like the ones mentioned earlier.  That's all I can think of atm, but I'm confident there are more.
