1. Close Ecco/EE

2. Open eccoext.ini in notepad. If you have not made any changes to your eccoext.ini file so far then the second line down should say ";this comments a line out".

3. Create a new blank line underneath that line and type DateTimeFormat= x on that line.  (where x represents the custom format you want to use).  An example format line is given in the referenced part of eccoext.eco.

4. Save the notepad file.

When you run Ecco/EE again, ctrl-q should give you the date and/or time in your custom format.
