Date Shortcut Keys in EccoMagic

I used to be able to enter alternate date formats using EccoMagic and 
Shif-Alt-Q & Ctrl-Alt-Q etc. Since the "upgrade" to Windows 10 nothing 
happens when i use these key combinations. Anyone else having a similar
