NetManage was sold including all holdings to Micro Focus a software developer in those days located in Great Britain. Archie Roboostoff, unable to manage the EccoPro release to Open Source in 2005 moved also to Micro Focus. My request sent to Micro Focus to release EccoPro shortly after the sale remained unanswered. A few years later Borland (the original license holder of the database engine of EccoPro) purchased Micro Focus. Roboostoff remained with Micro Focus under Borland. Today, I just received the following LinkedIn note of Roboostoff's new position at Micro Focus:
