Can I/how to release "EverEcco template & install kit" in two install path versions?

1)  The first public release of the "EverEcco template & install kit" will be USB-stick portable and includes 10 portable (free) helper apps.  The install path for everything in the kit reflects the way I work with Windows ....
I go 'nanny-free' with  c:\Ecco\...    This works great on Win XP and Win7.   

Win 8 & Win10 users, will this work for you?

2) I would like EverEcco template + helper apps to (a) support MyPhone Explorer and (b) be installable via EccoProX.    Friedhelm or someone, can you work with me on implementing the formal side of Windows installation?  I add a couple folders to the Windows tree and use the Desktop (or Download folder) as part of the data/info collection  flow.
