Did you try "Run as an Administrator? Troubleshoot compatibility?

If it did work berfore, maybe your computer got a virus. What
antivirus do you have? Can you do a scan?

You could always try a complete uninstallation, *including* eliminating
any and all references to Ecco in your machine, AND in the Registry and
then reinstalling the program. BE SURE, however to copy your Ecco
**data** files elsewhere, if they now reside in the Ecco program
folder. You would NOT need to delete data files. How did you install Ecco?

Datzap32.dll does not seem to exist in my computer, and Ecco works
perfectly (knock on wood ....)

Does *everything* else seem to work OK?

What is your level of computer profficiency (don't be shy about it) so I
don't offer unneeded advice?

Santiago
