I also am saddened to hear of this loss.
I have a similar issue – need to re-download and install ecco but *all* the ecco sites I have used in the past for downloads and licensing are now broken. I tried finding the file section on this list but got lost so help would be appreciated.

However, you should be able to install ecco from the options available in the file section of our list or from the ecco_pro list.
I'll let you know if I get a response, the loss was fairly recent, so the family is dealing with a lot of issues.
