Thanks. The yahoo and Ameritech are old addresses I've abandoned. Can you point me to site where I can become member of the best group to obtain access to the ECCO instal files?

you are logging in to Yahoo groups, correct? I see several subs connected to you, the one you are writing in on and two others, one a yahoo address, the other is ameritech, so be sure you are logging in to the correct one.
Are you a member of the ecco_pro list also? there are files available there also. The links I shared earlier pointed to both lists.

However, you should be able to install ecco from the options available in the file section of our list or from the ecco_pro list.
I'll let you know if I get a response, the loss was fairly recent, so the family is dealing with a lot of issues.
