Is it possibly some kind of anti-virus thing? What are you running as
your virus protection program? Are you running the ecco extension? We
will need a bit more info for analysis!
Just for information, there is not actually a 64bit version of Ecco,
never has been. You may have had a 64 bit installer, but Ecco is only 32
bit.
