How to move Master File

I'm having an issue with the computer that the master file is stored on.  I have a backup of the file and I want to tell the "slave" copies of ECCO to look for it in a new location.

I can see the path in properties, but it is all greyed out and I cannot edit it.

Does any one know how to do this? I'd appreciate suggestions.
