Linking to HTTPS

Anyone know how to create a link to https sites as a sub item on a phonebook record?   I've gotten HTTP to work fine.  Here is an example of a link that won't work--  https://www.linkedin.com/in/davidgittleman/ https://www.linkedin.com/in/davidgittleman/
