Help with Trying to Reinstall

Just got a new computer and found out the unfortunate demise of  Mr. Dohmann  and Compusol. 
 

 After much searching I have found this group and then went to the FILES section and downloaded and tried to run the installer.  
 

 I am on an Win 7 machine.  
 

 After very little start up of the installer I received this error: 
 

 GLBSSTUB caused a General Protection fault in module Tilde ... (I can not do the symbol on this keyboard)   TildeGLC002.TMP at  0003:24B6
 

 Chose Close.  GLBSSTUD will close. 
 

 

 Any ideas or Guidance ??
