I just googled GLBSSTUB and based on the hits I received, I am pretty sure it is the help file format causing that problem. I recommend you use http://www.forums.eccomagic.com/ to find installation instructions and just forget about what you got from Compusol. Of course it may have already installed just fine but without a working help file. I uploaded something to the yahoogroups files about tricking windows 10 into letting the legacy help file run. But I have slept too many times since I did that, and I am not totally sure it got that right.
