Increase font size in phone book listing

Hi.
I've been using Ecco since god was a girl.
And I love it.

But my eyes are aging.

How can I increase the font size for every phone book listing?

The names listing is great.
But the detail info for each listing is too small.

I don't want to adjust my computer - all my other files are great.
