I queried about this sometime last year but have not gotten very far.  Before Friedhelm passed away, he had announced a version of My Phone Explorer for ECCO (1.8.8) but I neglected to download it at that time.  Then, the website destructed.
 

 I was just told on the Facebook page to see if some other user had downloaded the version and I could get it that way.
