the font of the Contacts in the phonebook got very small all of a sudden

I'm using Windows 10 and EccoProExt version v4.6.6.1
 

 The Contacts listing in the phonebook got very small of a sudden and I don't know how to change it to a readable font size. 
 

 When I click on one of the Contacts, the window that opens with the information is in a good size font.
 

 I'd appreciate some help with this.
