i would swithc to act version 20.1I was a user of ecco for years, but tech support was always an issue and software got kind of dates. Act made by swiftpage is pretty good and price is reasonable and includes some tech support

I was an EccoPro user from the time of the original Arabesque Ecco,
drawing away after the NetManage debacle … tried to stay with it for
a time, constantly begging NetManage to reconsider their insane
decision.
Now, many years later, I'm at a point where I want to reinstall and use
Ecco Pro.
I would appreciate any guidance as to what software, and possible
add-ons
I should install, and any advice as to setting it up and running it.
It's
been a long time since I used it; I've never seen anything better at
turning
a jumble of details into a coherent whole.
