Hi! Open the Registry editor (Start / Run / Regedit). BE VARY CAREFUL NOT TO ALTER ANYTHING ELSE except the below. Go to the first line (Ctrl-Home) on the left pane. Search (Ctrl-F) for "Ecco" < no quotes, until you find xxxxx / Shell / Open / Command for Ecco. The *value* on the *right-hand pane* should show something like: C:\Program Files (x86)\ECCO\ecco32.exe %1 Your experience may vary as your Ecco may not be installed in C:\Program Files (x86)\Ecco\ MAKE SURE that the command string has the "%1" (no quotes) at the end. If not, edit it and add the "%1" at the end Press F3 to find the next instance of Ecco. You will probably find the "xxxxx / Shell / Open / Command" more than one time. Check and add the "%1" as necessary in all of them. At some point you may find that it is already there (regedit does this). If so, just leave the string as is. If you cannot find the "xxxxx / Shell / Open / Command" for Ecco, just close the Registry and revert, and we will try something else. DO revert even if successful and let us know. It is very frustrating to take the time to offer advice and never hear from the person again!
