The %1 was there but it was pointing to Program Files instead of Program File (x86). What's different about my setup is that when I right click on a .eco file and ask to Open With, it points to M:\Ecco Pro\ecco32.exe %1. There is no option to change this destination. If I doubleclick on a .eco or ect file I get the can't find file as described by the original Poster.
