Hi:

I am just curious as to why the setup doesn't work.  It should!

I assume the "?" at the end of the "C:\Program Files 
(x86)\Ecco\ecco32.exe?", below is a typo, right?  It should not be there.

If it is no big deal for you, then let's leave it there, unless you want 
to pursue it further
