Do you have a backup .bk1 or bk2 of the file which may work? You may have to revert to an older copy and then delete some items from that file and then save the file to a new name. I would also download ecco-memory-reporter.exe_file. Please note you will have to rename the file after downloading by removing the _file from the file name in order for it to run.
 

 In addition, your antivirus software may balk at letting you run the file as it appears to be malware. It is not.

 Just run the new file above and whatever eccopro file you have loaded in memory it will report its status as far as the number of items, View Lines, Pointers and the amount of free memory.
