Hi 'Richard,

OK I have found the directory.

However I can't find the file.

I see the current file and a backup file with the same file size.

Yes I checked the "Delete after archiving" box.

I have an .ecx file from a couple of months ago that is 21M in size.

What is that file used for?

You have given me an idea.

I do have several large images embedded in my file.

The problem is I don't know where they are located. :(

My file has thousand of entries. They could be anywhere.

Rick

Hi Rick,

You can find the archive directory from the archive dialog. Click

on the Browse button and it will open a file selector dialog. Use that

to see where the files are being saved.

Did you check off the "Delete after archiving" box?

18 M seems like a very large file - so either you need to delete newer

items (based on the date entered into Ecco) or you have embedded some

large images or other files into your ecco file.

Check those settings.

Best of luck,

Richard Conway
