He may have the wrong phonebook open under “phonebook/change phonebook form.

In the phonebook go to the top and click on VIEW 
Go down the list and select FOLDER WINDOW. A window will pop up on the left  >> On the left look at the folders under phonebook >>  if the folder you are looking for is there go over to any of the columns on the right  in the Phonebook and right click on it.  select INSERT A COLUMN >> select EXISTING COLUMN OR FOLDER.  Select the column you are looking for highlight it and hit OK. >> If the folder was not there select one of the NEW options and create a new folder

Hi! I am helping a friend with his ECCO application and he tells me that something has changed and he is not getting all of his data in the Phonebook View.  When we select a person's name in Phonebook view, he used to get a field called Relation (or something like that) and several other fields.  These aren't there anymore.   Is there a setting that i can look at to make additional fields appear?
