Delete "form"

Hi Collective brain
happy new year to all

While doing routine "Recovery" I got a message saying I should reduce 
number of "forms"
Under "Tools" I see an item "Manage Forms". When I click on this all 
entries are "Standard Phone Form"

I am not sure what/where I should be deleting
