Hey r6, For starters, thank you for the kind words. And regarding Ecco participation - It is you guys who deserve all the thanks. I just monitor and attempt to understand :-) You really nailed the issues on the head. 2 in particular which sum up why I have such high hopes for SS: --> Ecco has a lot of quirks and with EE running there are even more. I have never felt that confident about Ecco in terms of protecting data from loss. There is just something about it that seems fragile. Agreed. Getting an "unable to complete command" for no apparent reason (nowhere near internal limits) is unsettling. --> And finally, I have just dealt with so many different kinds of issues for so many years, I never see anything I can't deal with anymore. While perhaps I am not quite that confident, I know what you mean. And if it was just me, I'd stick w/ Ecco+EE. However, my last hurrah in the work world is going to be "thoseCwords - a podcast and website for people coping with cancer and other Cwords". This venture will require alot of note taking and writing with interactions between many people in different locations around the world. Many moving parts w/ project coordination on a group level. The SW has got to be solid and group-friendly. Looks like Airtable can do it all but honestly, I'd rather go w/ SS. Hence why I have high hopes. Thanks for your thoughts. Reading you and thinking through a reply has tightened my resolve to move away from Ecco+EE for this final project. I've got maybe 3 months before I need to commit to Airtable or SS. Here's to hoping a SS beta happens soon. -Mark
