Ah,  of course. Seems like once I get everything working, I forget all
the  little  ways  I  did that. Unfortunately in this case, running as
administrator  in  XP mode did not work. I get a runtime error. I will
have  to  check to see if Walter Heindl used some visual basic version
that I have lost over time. 

But  the  odd  thing  is  that  the  clipforms all run in Ecco, so the
clipform.exe  must  be  working. I can open all but one of the working
clipform files in clipform editor, so I tried to just recreate that in
clipform  editor  when  I  discovered creating a new one generates the
runtime   error.   Looks   like   I  have  opened  up  new  worlds  of
procrastination . . . . 

In   case   anyone   else  wants  to  open  new  worlds  of  your  own
procrastination,  here  is  a google search where Walter Heindl's Ecco
Toolkit pops up.
