I have come across that page in the past, recognized it as soon as I saw it.  But don't know anything about PEAK other than what I just read on their site.  Are you suspecting that Clipform uses DDE?  Because I think that is likely.  Ecco supports DDE and even EE has some DDE methods.

I have heard mixed views about support for DDE in Windows 10.  Not clear on what the issues are.  In general I think DDE is an obsolete technology, but of course it's not obsolete if you have a legacy app that depends on it.
