An MS-Windows (Win32) port of NetPbm-10.2 is available from
http://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net/
Netpbm consists of over 250 tools for editing, converting and analyzing
images.
New in version 10.2:
Works with separate build directory.
Pnmnorm: fix precision error causes whites to become black
Fix bug: Pbmpage needs math library
