A new MS-Windows (Win32) port of DiffUtils-2.8.1 is available from
 http://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net
 DiffUtils is a collection of tools for comparing files.

This port adds large-file support and fixes GnuWin32 bugs bugs 566108,
failure of diff3, and 635571, failure of diff -N.
