I have gotten gettext to build,

it had the following line :
/intl/dcigettext.c 

#if defined HAVE_SYS_PARAM_H || defined _LIBC
# include <sys/param.h>
#endif

Now, I dont know why this would not build from scratch,
any ideas? Maybe I am doing something wrong?
