[gnuwin32 - Help] Error building libtiff

Hello,
I'm trying to compile libtiff (from your sources), but for some reason I'm getting
a make error. The reason I'm compiling is because I want a libtiff without of
the optional external deps (jpeg, zip, etc). I'm using mingw, and have msys
installed. The error I get is:

Any ideas why?
