libmagic compile/link info in file

	Hi,

For yzis [1] I need to link with libmagic. I would like to do this
without depending on msys or cygwin, so gnuwin32 looks like the right
place to look for.

libmagic is normally built as part of tile "file" utility. I checked,
the gnuwin32 package does distribute a libmagic.dll along with file, but
it does not include the lib file or the include files. That makes the
library more difficult to use.

Is it possible for me to get them now ? In the future can you package
them along ?
