Thank you for your suggestions! I have been able to automate the complete testing process: specs and issue administration, the generation of all test files, and running of Gnu diction programs. I realized this in Win32 environment with help of AutoIT (v3), OpenOffice/Calc (v2.2) and the DOS batch functionality. For comparing results one can use diff.
