Cannot locate the diff executable after installing diffutils

I installed the diffutils package using the DiffUtils Setup program diffutils-2.8.7-1.exe, which I downloaded from http://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net/packages/diffutils.htm (the "setup" file option.) The gnuwin32/bin directory contains a zdiff program but no diff executable. Where is it located?
