[gnuwin32 - Help] TIFFOpen() fails

I am pointing the compiler to the ...\GnuWin\include directory for the include files and the linker to ...\GnuWin\lib for ibtiff.dll.a. The build works fine but the first call to TIFFOpen(), no matter what parameters I pass fails miserably with the error: Unhandled exception at 0x0002c750 in Test.exe 0x0000005: Access violation reading location 0x0002c750 Am I missing anything from the build?
